Job summary

The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) in Oklahoma City seeks a Maintenance Management Technician for the Capital Assets Management Division. The role oversees the facility assets/maintenance database, processes maintenance requests, and supports system modifications and reporting.

Required is a high school diploma with CMMS experience and proficiency in data input, analysis, and generating reports using Microsoft Office and Google Docs.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or the equivalent is required.
• Experience operating computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or enterprise asset management systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve customer requests.
• Assign work orders to appropriate shops.
• Provide customer technical support, such as password resets.
• Create client work desks and add new program members.
• Develop standard work and reports; support MMS training for staff.
