An On-Site Maintenance person must be familiar with basic maintenance repairs including but not limited to proper preparation and painting of units; electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.
Since all service requests must be submitted to the rental office, and the office coordinates re-rental of vacant units and other maintenance needs, the Maintenance Person is responsible for coordinating maintenance work schedules. The Maintenance Person is required to perform his or her assigned duties for the development during a forty (40) hour workweek. Work hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You are entitled to two 15-minute breaks, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Due to the nature of property management, there will be an occasional emergency.
You are required to walk to the grounds twice a day, once early in the morning and again in the late afternoon. This will allow you an opportunity to note the condition of the development.
