Responsibilities

• Executes scheduled and on-demand pickups and deliveries across assigned routes using delivery vehicles.
• Serves as a point of contact for customers regarding delivery status and inquiries.
• Collects, reviews, and validates routing data to ensure efficient delivery and accuracy.
• Organizes mail by department and route to support efficient distribution.
• Documents receipt and delivery of accountable mail using tracking systems and maintains chain-of-custody.
