Harrison Home Systems seeks a Low-Voltage Project Manager to lead AV/LV installations in the Lakewood area. This full-time role emphasizes field work, problem solving, and strong coordination with clients, trades, and architects.

You will manage schedules, maintain profitability, and ensure adherence to SOWs and company standards while working on active construction sites with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in AV/LV.
• Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final).
• A steady work history (3yrs between hops).
• Hands-on, field-oriented with high EQ and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for clients, in-house staff, other trades, GC, architect, and reps.
• Understand, deliver, and troubleshoot as needed.
• Plan timelines and scheduling; proactive and resource-aligned.
• Keep project hours at or below budgeted hours; reduce errors.
• Issue work orders and coordinate with third parties.
• Read, interpret, and distribute plan sets/blueprints.
• Create, submit, and manage change orders; ensure payment.
• Update status in Project Management Software (iPoint) at all times.
• Work on construction sites with situational awareness.
