Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person sales professional in San Francisco to deliver on-site presentations and close high-end sales with prequalified clients.

You will work in a dynamic, luxury environment and participate in ongoing training to stay ahead of industry trends. Qualified candidates may hold a California real estate license or be able to obtain one within six months; the role offers comprehensive health benefits and a competitive hourly-plus-commissions compensation

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to overcome objections in a luxury sales cycle.
• Positive attitude in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person 1v1 sales presentations.
• Find common ground with prospective/ current owners.
• Generate sales using effective closing techniques.
• Present and deliver sales presentations per company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings.
• Keep current on industry trends, product knowledge, and materials.
• All clients are provided and prequalified by the on-site marketing team.
• No cold calling or prospecting.
