Job summary

The Madison Club in La Quinta, California, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join the Residential Services Department. You will assist Lead Property Managers in ensuring a first-class level of care for members and residences.

You will coordinate vendors, communicate with homeowners and contractors, manage daily operations, and support a high-end property management team. This role requires flexibility, excellent people skills, and physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver\'s license.
• Must be over 21 years old to purchase alcohol.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for members, guests and team members.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Property Managers in overseeing day-to-day operations of the property.
• Schedule and follow up with vendors to ensure tasks are completed.
• Communicate with homeowners and contractors to address concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain composure during high-stress situations and provide daily updates to staff.
