Job summary

Toll Brothers is seeking an experienced Construction Manager/Superintendent for a brand new Reno community. This on-site role oversees all on-site construction, coordinates scheduling of subcontractors, maintains safety, and ensures compliance with plans and specs.

Excellent opportunity with a Fortune 500 leader in luxury homes. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of related residential construction supervision experience, a thorough knowledge of trades, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of residential construction supervision experience.
• Knowledge of all trades and field operations.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Preferred: BuildPro experience; Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Inspect jobs in process and at completion.
• Manage construction team and schedule subcontractors.
• Obtain permits and order materials.
• Maintain a safe and healthy jobsite; oversee customer care work.
• Coordinate with sales to ensure smooth homebuyer experience.
• Conduct pre-settlement inspections with homeowners.
