Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care to patients with proper documentation
• Collect and document patient health status and medical history, review Admission Data Records
• Provide direct patient care and maintain accurate medical records
• Administer medications, monitor responses, and document findings
• Communicate openly with patients, staff, and physicians and transcribe physician orders accurately
