We are seeking a qualified LPN or RN for a contract role in a clinic setting near Woodward, Oklahoma. This opportunity will provide direct primary care and occupational health for patients Monday - Thursday, seeing about 15 patients per day and working closely with the other clinical staff. Experience working in a clinic setting is required.

In this role you will evaluate and treat patients according to the scope of your practice and alignment with the established treatment plan. You may perform injections and potentially blood draws when needed. The patient panel is typically between 2 and retirement age (working adults make up the majority).

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• LPN or RN with an active and unencumbered Oklahoma or multi-state license
• BLS certification
