Job summary

Alexander & Schmidt is seeking a Loss Control Field Representative to perform on-site inspections of property, general liability, and auto exposures and prepare underwriting reports for clients and insurers. Responsibilities include uploading reports and supporting diagrams via a dedicated website and related systems.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to travel within a 60 mile radius.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience with a commercial carrier or as independent loss control contractor.
• Understanding of commercial property and casualty lines incl. property, general liability, auto and workers comp.
• Strong writing, organizational and computer skills are essential.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Willingness to travel within a 60 mile radius.
• Certifications CSP, OHST, ALCM and/or ARM are preferred but not required.
• Experience uploading completed reports, photos and diagrams via a website or web-based system.
