Qualifications

• Experience with advanced planning systems (John Galt Atlas, SAP, Oracle, Logility, OMP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis).
• Experience with retail, international and e-commerce fulfillment and distribution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience in supplement, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities

• Maintain finished goods inventory levels across US and international DCs to balance supply and demand.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align distribution with promotions and launches.
• Work with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipments and resolve issues.
• Leverage planning systems to generate reports and optimize distribution plans.
• Analyze KPIs like inventory turnover, fill rate, and on-time delivery and report to management.
• Provide feedback to demand planning to improve forecast accuracy.
