Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations with understanding of truckload and dedicated services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with drivers, internal teams, and customer stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership experience including coaching or supervising staff and promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
• Basic proficiency with standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, email, reporting tools).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or a related field is preferred.
