Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Site Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and material flow across project sites. You will lead warehouse staff, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with Construction Managers, Project Managers, and Supply Chain to align deliveries with look-ahead plans.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency with inventory systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated warehouse, logistics, inventory management, or material-handling experience in project-based environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to maintain inventory records and interpret reports.
• Forklift certification and OSHA 30 certification, with ability to maintain a safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish warehouse locations, layouts, racking, barcode systems, and scanning processes; reconcile physical inventory with digital records.
• Develop logistics plans and coordinate with Project Manager, Construction Manager, Supply Chain, and procurement teams.
• Hire, supervise, and train warehouse staff; set weekly goals and ensure safety and performance.
• Maintain records using company systems; provide updates on material status, deliveries, and issues to stakeholders.
