Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, material flow, and on-site logistics across projects.

The role partners with Construction Managers, Project Managers, Site Leads, Supply Chain, and Procurement to ensure materials are received, tracked, staged, and delivered on schedule while leading warehouse staff and maintaining safe, compliant facilities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated warehouse, logistics, inventory management, or material-handling experience in construction/project environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, time-management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with ability to maintain inventory records, interpret reports, and use digital tracking systems.
• Forklift certification and OSHA 30 certification, with ability to maintain a safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish warehouse locations, layouts, racking, barcode systems and scanning processes; reconcile physical inventory with digital records.
• Coordinate material deliveries, staging, prefabrication areas, and installation look-ahead needs with project teams.
• Lead warehouse staff, monitor attendance and performance, and ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records using company systems and provide proactive updates to stakeholders.
