Job summary

Blue-Grace Logistics LLC is seeking an Government Services Account Coordinator to oversee day-to-day federal, state, and municipal freight accounts at our Chicago office. You will build and maintain a vetted carrier network, manage award go-lives, and ensure on-time, in-full shipments while adhering to government reporting standards.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight operations, or supply chain preferred.
• Familiarity with TMS platforms, carrier portals, or visibility tools is a plus.
• Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills; comfortable as the voice of the account to carrier partners.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail — precision matters in government reporting and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a dedicated network of vetted, high-performing truckload carriers for government and strategic accounts.
• Own award go-lives end-to-end, coordinating across internal teams and carrier partners to ensure new lanes are fully operational from day one.
• Track tendered volumes, shipment cadence, and award commitments against contractual obligations; flag deviations proactively.
• Monitor real-time shipment tracking and maintain continuous visibility on in-transit government freight.
• Generate and distribute operational reports and lane performance summaries as required by account teams.
