Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight operations, or supply chain.
• Familiarity with TMS platforms, carrier portals, or visibility tools (FourKites, project44).
• Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; quick to learn and navigate new systems.
• Available to work Monday-Friday in office.
• High school diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a dedicated network of vetted, high-performing government carriers and ensure compliance scores.
• Own award go-lives end-to-end, coordinating across teams and carrier partners for day-one operability.
• Monitor real-time shipment tracking and manage exceptions to keep government freight on time.
• Generate and distribute operational reports and lane performance summaries for management.
