Job summary

FNC Bank in New Richmond, WI seeks a Loan Processing & Servicing Specialist to support Lenders across branch locations and handle consumer, commercial, real estate, SBA, and participation loans. This on-site role operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with responsibilities from document creation to loan funding and escrow analysis.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, attention to detail, confidentiality, and familiarity with Jack Henry/Silverlake or Encompass systems to ensure

Qualifications

Minimum one year experience opening accounts in retail/business banking.
Experience in lending preferred.
Excellent communication skills; ability to work in a team and apply knowledge quickly.
Proficient with standard office equipment and computer skills.

Responsibilities

Works closely with Lenders and colleagues to ensure accurate documents and resolutions.
Create loan documents for closings.
Enter loan details into company software accurately.
Process loan payments, payoff requests, transfers, rate changes, and escrow analyses.
