Job summary

The Morrow Companies is seeking a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician at Woodsmill Apartments in Peachtree City, GA. The role involves maintaining the property interior and exterior, performing HVAC maintenance, and handling general repairs to plumbing, electrical systems, and fixtures.

The position offers on-site rent-free living with a utility allowance and free health and dental insurance. Preference given to candidates with prior apartment maintenance experience, CPO, or HVAC

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation required.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electricity, and grounds work is essential.
• Prior apartment maintenance experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical maintenance and general repairs of the property interior and exterior.
• Perform heating and AC maintenance and basic carpentry/electrical/plumbing tasks.
• Repair windows, tiles, floors, walls, and doors as needed.
• Assist Site Manager with preventive maintenance and inventory of equipment.
• Support on-call weekend emergency service when required.
