Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and general knowledge of plumbing, electricity, and grounds work.
• Previous apartment maintenance experience, CPO certification, and HVAC certification.
• Professional demeanor, multi-tasking, attention to detail, quick learner, and high responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior and interior of buildings, systems and fixtures.
• Perform heating and AC maintenance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and window/door repairs.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy and repaint as scheduled.
• Keep grounds clean and organized; operate lawn equipment; assist preventive maintenance.
