Job summary

Morrow Realty Company is seeking a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician at #202 Wellington Way Apartments in St. Marys, GA.

Responsibilities include maintaining interiors and exteriors, servicing heating and AC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and groundskeeping, with on-call weekend support as needed. Ideal candidates will have a valid driver’s license and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and grounds work.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and grounds work.
• Experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
• HVAC certification and CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior of the buildings and equipment.
• Perform heating/AC maintenance and general carpentry, electrical, plumbing repairs.
• Repair windows, tiles, floors, walls and doors; paint apartments as directed.
• Keep grounds well-kept and operate lawn equipment; participate in preventive maintenance.
