Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join the team. The role supports attorneys before, during, and after trials, including preparing documents, filing, discovery, and witness coordination.

You will interact with clients and courts, manage multiple deadlines, and help prepare case materials in a fast-paced environment. This on-site position offers a comprehensive benefits package and the chance to work closely with skilled lawyers across a leading personal injury

Qualifications

• Must have or be pursuing a paralegal credential; litigation experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and court interactions.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workload with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in calendaring depositions, mediations, and hearings.
• Experience with motions, discovery, and case documentation is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, and memoranda.
• E-file all court documents in state and federal court.
• Communicate with clients, courts, counsel, and others.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation.
• Prepare discovery documents, interrogatories, and responses.
• Draft and serve summons and coordinate depositions.
