Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys before, during, and after trials. This on-site role requires strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills as you assist with pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.

You will liaise with clients, court personnel, and internal teams while maintaining case files, calendars, and deposits. Previous litigation experience and accreditation are preferred; English/Spanish bilingual proficiency is

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program preferred.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and workload management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; calendaring depositions, mediations, hearings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents: pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, memos.
• E-file court documents in state and federal court.
• Communicate with clients, court, counsel and others.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation.
• Prepare discovery documents, interrogatories, responses, and subpoenas.
• Coordinate and summarize depositions; prepare trial binders and exhibits.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and appellate documents.
• Assist with case settlements and other attorney tasks.
