Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys before, during, and after trials. You will prepare legal documents, e-file, conduct research, and assist with depositions and trial preparation.

This on-site role requires multi-tasking and strong communication to coordinate with clients and trial teams. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of litigation experience, completion of a paralegal program, and proficiency in calendaring and document management.

Formación

• Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program preferred.
• Experience in Personal Injury, WC, Premises, or other injury related areas preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; calendaring depositions, mediations, hearings.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, legal memoranda.
• E-file all court documents in state and federal court.
• Communicate with clients, court, counsel, and others.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation.
• Prepare discovery documents, interrogatories, and responses.
• Draft and serve summons; coordinate and summarize depositions.
• Prepare trial binders and exhibits; draft appellate documents and file them.
• Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings, deadlines, organize case files).
• Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes; organize exhibits and documents.
