Job summary

ASCO Equipment in Terrell, TX, is seeking a skilled Material Handling/Lift Truck Service Technician to join our on-site team. You will perform scheduled inspections, routine maintenance, and minor repairs across a range of lift equipment, delivering high-quality service with safety and efficiency.

The role requires 2–3 years in heavy equipment repair, strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, and good communication.

Qualifications

• 2-3 year minimum of shop/field heavy equipment trouble shooting and repair.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical theories.
• Good written and verbal communication for daily reporting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform complex repairs in shop or field.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as scheduled.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Communicate with service manager and team across departments.
• Identify and handle equipment across multiple lift types (Curtis Controller, Narrow Aisle, Class 1–5, Reach, Pallet Trucks, etc).
