Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join the Fayetteville, NC team. This on-site role greets prospective residents, conducts property tours, and presents apartment features and community amenities while handling inquiries, applications, and lease processing.

You will work with the property management team to maintain accurate occupancy, pricing, promotions, and lease administration, including renewals and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of leases and lease administration including preparing, reviewing, and maintaining leasing documents.
• Experience in resident retention and customer service to build positive relationships and support renewals.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with prospective and current residents and collaborating with onsite team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Process applications and prepare lease documents; ensure lease administration is accurate.
