Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full leasing process, including responding to leads and closing leases.
• Provide a positive, responsive experience for both prospects and residents.
• Prepare and process lease paperwork accurately and timely.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
