Point Quest Group is hiring a Learning Coach/Paraprofessional for its Goodyear, AZ location. This full-time, on-site role supports students with diverse needs alongside certified teachers in a private day school setting.

A $1000 retention bonus is available and the team uses ABA/PBIS methods to promote academic and social growth. You will implement lessons, support daily living skills, and document student progress while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Ability to work on-site at Estrella Day School in Goodyear, AZ.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a special education classroom team.
• Ability to follow teacher-directed academic and behavioral support plans.
• Ability to assist students with academic, behavioral, and daily living needs.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support academic instruction and behavioral needs within the classroom team.
• Implement lessons and activities as directed by the teacher or lead, including independent work and small-group instruction.
• Follow individualized behavioral supports and plans.
• Assist students with classroom routines and daily living activities.
• Collect and document academic and behavioral data as directed by the teacher.
• Support ABA and PBIS strategies in classroom settings.
• Provide individualized support to help students participate in activities and instruction.
• Collaborate with teachers, learning coaches, therapists, and the educational team to support student success.
