IES is seeking a Residential Electrician Leadman in Las Cruces, NM to perform advanced electrical service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. You will diagnose complex issues, review plans, and ensure safety compliance while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will mentor technicians, coordinate with teams and vendors, and maintain thorough service records. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and adherence to codes, with on-site, non-remote work.
