Dynamic Group is seeking a Superintendent to lead residential rehabilitation and reconstruction projects on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will supervise subcontractor crews and coordinate daily activities with homeowners.

The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, skilled at problem-solving, and able to enforce project plans in a field environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and relationships with clients and crews.

Qualifications

3+ years of field supervision in residential construction.
Familiarity with federally funded housing programs (FEMA, HUD, CDBG-DR) preferred.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; mobile field software experience preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with homeowners, crews, and clients.

Responsabilités

Manage daily operations at assigned construction sites.
Coordinate and schedule subcontractor activities to ensure steady progress.
Communicate with homeowners on-site to address questions and concerns.
Monitor safety compliance and enforce site safety rules.
Review and implement project plans, specifications, and schedules.
Identify and resolve construction issues in coordination with the Construction Manager and Project Manager.
Track punch-list items and drive completion for project closeout.
