Dynamic Group is seeking a Superintendent to lead residential rehabilitation and reconstruction projects on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will supervise subcontractor crews and coordinate daily activities with homeowners.

The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, skilled at problem-solving, and able to enforce project plans in a field environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and relationships with clients and crews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field supervision in residential construction.
• Familiarity with federally funded housing programs (FEMA, HUD, CDBG-DR) preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; mobile field software experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with homeowners, crews, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations at assigned construction sites.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractor activities to ensure steady progress.
• Communicate with homeowners on-site to address questions and concerns.
• Monitor safety compliance and enforce site safety rules.
• Review and implement project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Identify and resolve construction issues in coordination with the Construction Manager and Project Manager.
• Track punch-list items and drive completion for project closeout.

Position Summary

The Superintendent is the on-site leader for residential rehabilitation and reconstruction projects, ensuring that work is performed safely, to specification, and on schedule. This position requires a hands-on manager who can oversee subcontractor crews, coordinate daily activities, and serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during construction.
