PSCI-LIA, a fast-growing 8(a), SDVOSB, and woman-owned small business, is seeking an On-Site Lead to support an upcoming contract.

Position Overview

This position has operational authority to manage daily task execution, interface directly with the COR, and resolve technical issues. Manages daily execution, coordinates with the COR, resolves operational issues, and responds to COR calls within four business hours. The PWS requires this designation but does not expressly require a separate additional employee. The On-Site Lead coordinates daily work activities and provides hands‑on oversight of personnel supporting the company's government contract at U.S. Army Carlisle Barracks. Reporting to the Off-Site Contract Manager, this position ensures employees complete assigned duties safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract requirements and quality standards.

Key Qualifications

• Coordinate daily assignments, schedules, and staffing coverage to support uninterrupted service.
• Guide and support on-site personnel, communicate work expectations, and monitor task completion.
• Conduct routine quality checks and promptly address service deficiencies.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day operational contact for designated government personnel, escalating concerns to the Off‑Site Contract Manager.
• Monitor employee attendance, review timekeeping records, and report staffing or performance concerns.
• Support employee onboarding and training on work procedures, safety practices, and installation requirements.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, inspection records, and other required documentation.
• Monitor supplies and equipment and coordinate replenishment or maintenance needs.
• Report incidents, safety concerns, and requests affecting contract scope, staffing, or cost to the Off‑Site Contract Manager.
