Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in one or more building trades.
• Knowledge of safety precautions and use of trade tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs carpentry work in construction or renovation; erects scaffolds, repairs doors/windows; maintains roofs.
• Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures and equipment.
• Maintains and repairs electrical systems not requiring a license; services HVAC components.
• Installs and maintains locks and security devices; key cutting and lock work.
• Constructs and repairs foundations, walls, floors and related structures.
• Operates and maintains construction equipment and vehicles.
