Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of buildings and equipment and estimate costs for labor and materials.
• Manage supervisory or contracted staff; develop budgets and policies; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review plans and construction documents; prepare cost estimates for capital projects.
• Plan and direct movement of heavy construction equipment across the state.
• Schedule crews and track time/attendance; perform work as needed.
• Prepare reports on equipment operations and maintenance work.
