• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs to guide work.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Maintain documentation including reports, inspections, and billing summaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crew and coordinate subcontractors to meet schedule.
• Oversee use of tools and equipment on job sites.
• Maintain site safety, quality standards, and productivity.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders about progress.
• Prepare and submit daily reports and time tracking.
