Job summary
Juniper is seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman in Panama City Beach, FL to supervise a landscape construction crew and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. You will read landscape plans, coordinate equipment and materials, and train crew members on installation techniques and safety practices.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations for landscape construction crew.
- Coordinate equipment and material needs for each project.
- Train crew on installation techniques, equipment operation and safety.
- Maintain project schedules and meet deadlines.
- Ensure quality control on job sites.
- Safely operate loaders, skid steers, and excavators on site.
- Manage loading/unloading of materials and transport.
- Read plans and provide landscape material layouts.
- Maintain daily timekeeping for crew hours.
- Ensure equipment and trucks are well-maintained.
