Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics is seeking a LAN Communications Technician to support a Space Force installation in New Boston, NH. The role emphasizes frontline IT support, LAN systems, VOIP, and cybersecurity controls in a DoD environment.

You will manage Active Directory, server configurations, patching, and security policy implementation, while collaborating with DISA and related agencies to maintain network integrity and CUI handling.

Qualifications

• One year of IT support experience including LAN systems and cybersecurity.
• Active Directory server management experience preferred.
• DoD 8570/8140, NIST SP 800-171 or similar cybersecurity familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for LAN systems, VOIP, and software.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and peripherals.
• Manage network configurations, patching, and security controls with DoD guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with DoD regulations and CUI handling.
• Disaster recovery planning and vendor management.
• Documentation and training to improve security practices.
