Job summary

Emerald Stay Texas is seeking a Property Operations Manager to oversee our Lake Travis vacation rental portfolio, ensuring guest-ready homes and coordinating housekeeping and maintenance. You will communicate with property owners and report to the Senior Vacation Rental Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate has proven hospitality operations experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. The role is on-site across Spicewood and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Willingness to commute between Lake Travis area properties within 45 minutes.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of Lake Travis vacation rental portfolio (15–30 homes).
• Ensure homes are guest-ready with high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance vendors and document via Breezeway.
