Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Lab Manager in Tecumseh, MI to lead daily lab operations, mentor staff, and ensure processes meet quality standards. You will oversee technical activities, coordinate with engineering and sales, and maintain documentation of processes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5+ years hands-on blow molding experience, and 4+ years in a leadership role. On-site environment with strong benefits and 401K.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5+ years hands-on experience with blow molding equipment and processing.
• At least 4+ years in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Guide technical activities and develop team skills to meet customer needs.
• Analyze specifications and provide guidance to sales and engineering.
• Define and document processes and best practices in daily lab activities.
• Train and mentor staff; share institutional knowledge.
• Recruitment, development, and training of personnel in the Lab Department.
