Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, including at least 2 years operating machinery.
• Experience with hand tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run and tend injection molding and blow molding equipment, keeping lines moving and stable.
• Continuously monitor process conditions and product quality, making adjustments to meet standards.
• Champion quality improvements across the cell and escalate issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering to cut downtime and scrap, and to improve process efficiency.
• Troubleshoot molding issues tied to tooling; document and report findings to the Supervisor.
• Support preventive maintenance (PM) for tooling and equipment to sustain reliable performance.
• Accurately record downtime, scrap, and changeover durations for continuous improvement.
