Neko Health is seeking a Laboratory Technical Supervisor in New York to establish and operate its clinical laboratory. This role involves leading setup, validation, and compliance with regulations to ensure quality operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in high-complexity environments, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science and New York State licensure. A salary range of $115K - $140K is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-complexity clinical laboratory environments.
• New York State licensure as a Medical Technologist / Clinical Laboratory Technologist.
• Hands-on experience with automated chemistry and immunoassay platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead laboratory setup and go-live readiness for patient testing.
• Complete instrument and assay validation for Abbott Alinity platforms.
• Ensure laboratory is inspection-ready with complete documentation.
