Job summary

ERCO Worldwide seeks a self-motivated Laboratory Summer Intern for the Port Edwards Plant. The role involves sampling, standard testing, data entry of results, and supporting lab operations with safety-first procedures.

The candidate is pursuing a BS in science, ideally a 3rd/4th year student, with interest in chemistry and experience in a laboratory setting. On-site work in Wisconsin with a 40-hour week during May–August 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS degree; 3rd or 4th year students preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of laboratory-based chemistry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA and SDS required; familiarity with lab terminology and equipment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Quality Control Analysis of final product and in-process liquors following procedures and safety protocols.
• Sample collection for external testing and data entry of results.
