Job summary

Urban Sky is seeking an on-site, full-time Production Kitting & Traceability Technician to build and verify kits, stage hardware, and ensure material accuracy so assemblies move through the line on time and to spec.

You will review BOMs, prep parts, verify lots/serials, assemble kits, and document everything in our quality system. The role includes 3D printing setup, monitoring, and post-print finishing for ready-to-assemble parts.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Able to work in a small, collaborative team environment.
• Able to read/follow work instructions, BOMs, and quality documentation.
• Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive manufacturing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble production kits and hardware from work instructions and BOMs.
• Own material traceability: record lots/serials and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Inspect hardware for quality and completion before release to downstream operations.
• Keep documentation current with company quality systems.
• Hit delivery targets and maintain throughput to meet the production schedule.
• Partner with cross-functional teammates to remove blockers and solve problems quickly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with batch builds and high-volume production during spikes.
• Operate and support 3D printing: prepare printers, start jobs, monitor quality, troubleshoot, finish parts.
