Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support manufacturing through accurate kitting of materials. You will prepare kits per build requirements, scan and move items using RF devices, and maintain documentation and inventory records on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include 5S–driven organization, precise labeling, and escalation of shortages to keep production on track. The role emphasizes traceability and adherence to ISO-like policies on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Basic ability to present information to groups and respond to questions.
• Ability to analyze problems, data, and draw conclusions.
• Proficient PC use with Windows and common software.
• Familiarity with Jabil software packages preferred.
• Strong math and reading comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Keep kitting area organized and maintain 5S standards.
• Use RF scanner to kit materials from Stockroom to build location.
• Assemble kits per build requirements and label quantities accurately.
• Update documentation and complete inventory transactions in systems.
• Escalate shortages to stock keeper or supervisors as needed.
• Ensure traceability via MES linking when required.
