Job summary

Forest County Potawatomi Community is seeking a Kitchen Team Member for fireside MARKET in Milwaukee. You will be part of a positive team focused on delivering a memorable guest experience, from greeting guests and taking orders to serving food and keeping the dining area clean.

Responsibilities include accurate order processing, timely food service, communication with the kitchen, and assisting with opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Preferred 6 months of cashier experience in a QSR setting.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to operate equipment.
• Reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Maintains a sense of urgency while working.
• Flexibility regarding working shifts and extended hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to pass a background check (17+)

Responsibilities

• Provides and supports excellent guest service
• Greeting all guests warmly and promptly
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and friendly manner
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service
• Handle guests’ inquiries, concerns and feedback with a positive and solution-driven attitude
• Maintains proper personal hygiene and a well-groomed uniform appearance
• Follows company safety standards and attendance policies
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
• Support teammates and contribute to a fun, high-energy environment
• Other Duties as assigned
