Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s or technical certificate, 3+ years in IT, familiarity with VMware/Hyper‑V, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and a willingness to travel occasionally; on-site five days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT work experience in a technical support, help desk, or junior systems administration role.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, documentation practices, and basic networking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team projects and meetings to support infrastructure initiatives.
• Support configuration and administration of virtual servers in VMware and Hyper‑V.
• Assist with patching and system updates to reduce vulnerabilities and maintain health.
• Maintain and verify backup systems and participate in disaster recovery testing.
• Support user and group management using Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Help configure core services such as DNS, DHCP, and Certificates.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and document procedures and configurations.
• Travel to remote locations to assist with equipment deployment as needed.
• Report to work in the office 5 days a week.
