Job summary

• Collaborate with Accounting Manager on monthly balance sheets, income statements, and month-end reports.
• Reconcile the general ledger and assist with accounts payable/receivable processes.
• Set up new vendors, reconcile vendor invoices, and process payments.
• Reconcile bank accounts monthly and verify deposits.
• Assist with annual audit documentation and respond to external auditors.
