Job summary

Frontage Laboratories Inc. in Secaucus, NJ seeks a Junior Accountant to support our Clinical Operations finance function. You will handle day-to-day accounting tasks including AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting, ensuring data accuracy for the site.

This on-site role reports to the SVP Clinical Services. The ideal candidate has a 3–5 year accounting background, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance as required.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, emphasis on bookkeeping and month-end close.
• Solid knowledge of accounting practices; GAAP/IFRS desirable.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage AP and AR for Clinical Services site and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Assist in payroll processing and data entry if needed.
• Prepare invoices for clinical studies and support monthly close.
• Maintain revenue recognition tracker for monthly projections.
