The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of supervisory janitorial experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with high integrity. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of janitorial supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to show judgment and to work independently.
• High integrity required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train the janitorial staff on site.
• Designate shift and area work assignments.
• Manage employee relations or performance issues; report to management or HR.
• Review timekeeping and payroll documents; ensure correct payment.
• Inspect the jobsite; identify quality concerns and submit reports.
• Identify needs for special project work and communicate to management.
• Use floor cleaning equipment as needed.
• Respond to customer concerns or complaints promptly.
• Enforce safety policies and report accidents.
• Complete training courses as required.
