Formación

• 2 years of leadership experience managing a complex team.
• Experience in janitorial, distribution services, or related industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and manages key operational functions.
• Develops and maintains relationships with on-site client.
• Ensures service quality, safety, and cost-effective resource use.
• Implements processes aligned with strategic initiatives.
• Monitors operating costs and reports to stakeholders.

• Conducts regular operations staff meetings.
• Manages budget and audits expenses.
• Uses cost-management systems to audit account budgets for labor, supplies, leases and equipment.
