• 2+ years of leadership experience leading a complex team.
• Demonstrated ability to lead with responsibility for a decentralized and diverse workforce.
• Experience in janitorial, distribution services or related service industry preferred.
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and manages key operational functions
• Develops and maintains relationships of trust and engagement with on-site client
• Ensures standards for service quality, equipment, safety and performance are maintained and cost-effective resources are used to maximize service standards
• Implements processes and structure in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
• Develops, monitors, and reports on operating costs within functional areas. Alerts stakeholders of cost and labor overruns and recommends solutions
• Builds a culture of work safety and leads by example with safe behavior
• Hires, trains, develops and appraises staff; conducts timely corrective action with HR support
• Conducts regular operations staff/training meetings with direct reports
• Manages budget and controls expenses effectively
• Uses cost management system to audit budget for account (labor, supplies, leases, equipment)

Description

The Account Manager oversees a janitorial team executing a high level of customer care for a single client location in the Crown Pointarea. The Account Manager oversees all daily operations of the janitorial team and will ensure a safe and respectful work environment for all.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs and manages key operational functions
• Develops and maintains relationships of trust and engagement with on-site client
• Ensures standards for service quality, equipment, safety and performance are maintained and that cost-effective resources are used to maximize service standards
• Implement processes and structure in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
• Develops, monitors, and reports on operating costs within functional areas. Alerts key stakeholder(s) of cost and labor over run. Makes recommendations and implements solutions.
• Builds a culture of work safety and leads by example with one's own safe behavior
• Hires, trains, develops and appraises staff effectively. Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with Company policy. Consults with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition as appropriate
• Conducts regular operations staff / training meetings with all direct reports
• Manages budget and controls expenses effectively
• Uses Microsoft Office-based cost management system to audit budget for account, which include: labor, supplies, leases and equipment

Education and Experience

• 2+ years of leadership experience leading a complex team. Janitorial, distribution services or other service-related industry experience preferred
